Withdrawals at 14win follow these rules:

A bet is considered confirmed and valid only after it has been fully processed by the 14win system and the ticket with a reference number is displayed in the user's account. Bets pending processing are not considered valid. In the event of a technical failure during the process, the wagered amount is automatically refunded to the account balance.
Confirmed bets are irreversible. Errors in market selection, amounts, or events after a ticket is confirmed do not entitle the user to cancellation or a refund, except as provided in section 5.4 (cancelled events). Review each selection carefully before confirming your ticket.
Bet settlement is based on the official result announced by the organization responsible for the event — the sports body, league, e-sports organization, or MMA/UFC promoter. In the event of conflicting sources, 14win may wait for official confirmation before settling. The maximum settlement period after the event concludes is 24 hours, except in cases of result investigation or exceptional circumstances.
14win reserves the right to correct manifest odds errors — values that are clearly incorrect relative to the market or that result from a technical fault. Bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds may be cancelled and refunded, even after the ticket is confirmed, with notice given to the user.
Each R$ 1.00 wagered on any betting option on the platform automatically generates 0.5 VIP point in the user's account. Cancelled, refunded, or bonus-balance bets do not earn points. Points are credited once the bet is settled, not at the time the ticket is confirmed.
The 14win VIP Program has six progressive tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond, and Elite. Each tier is reached by accumulating a set number of points within a 30-day period.
